About the event
Join us for a warm and festive Polish Christmas gathering as we celebrate Wigilia together with our Christchurch community. This will be a family-friendly event filled with tradition, food, music and shared moments.
Christmas Tree Decoration
This year we’ll have a beautiful new Christmas tree. Families are warmly invited to donate one special family decoration to hang on the tree, so that each family can have their own little representation on our community Christmas tree.
Shared Wigilia / Potluck Lunch
Please bring a plate of your favourite or traditional dish to share. If possible, divide your contribution over two plates – this makes it easier for everyone to reach and enjoy the food on the buffet tables.
Christmas Carols
We’ll sing Polish and international Christmas carols together, creating a cosy, festive atmosphere.
